This website provides general information about OneHealth's services, clinics and membership programme. It is for informational purposes and does not replace a consultation with a doctor.

We aim to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but details such as pricing, services offered per branch and clinic hours may change. Confirm current details with the clinic before you visit.

Enquiries and appointments

Enquiries and appointments are arranged through WhatsApp rather than automatic online booking. Sending a message does not itself confirm an appointment; a member of our team will confirm your booking with you directly.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know on WhatsApp at least 24 hours before your appointment where possible. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments without notice may affect your ability to book future appointments.

Pricing and packages

Prices shown on this website for screening packages and membership tiers are a guide. Confirm current pricing with the clinic before your visit.

Membership

OneHealth membership (Silver, Gold, Platinum) is a 12-month membership with benefits as described on our Membership page at the time you join. Membership is issued to a single named individual and is non-transferable, and membership fees are non-refundable once payment is processed. Benefits are subject to fair use and may not be combined with other promotions unless stated. We may update membership benefits and pricing for new members from time to time; existing members keep the benefits of their tier as at the time they joined.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, is the property of OneHealth or its licensors and is protected by Malaysian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display or transmit any part of this website without our prior written permission.

Third-party links

This website may link to third-party websites, such as our social media pages or Google Maps, for your convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party website.

Limitation of liability
